2. Services
QuadShaped provides software development, design, social media management, and related digital services. Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and payment structures for each engagement are governed by individual project agreements or proposals.
3. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website (text, images, graphics, code) is owned by QuadShaped unless otherwise stated.
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and assets as specified in their project agreement.
- QuadShaped retains the right to use project work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate and timely information, content, and feedback required for project completion.
- Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Ensure all content provided does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Limitation of Liability
QuadShaped shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. QuadShaped reserves the right to terminate services for breach of these terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jharkhand, India.
